We will happily exchange items that don't fit, or extend a 100% in-store credit on any unsatisfactory items. Sorry, no refunds.
Custom Order work is non-returnable.
Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
Please allow one to two weeks for your return to be processed.
Returned items must be in the same condition as you received them-- unworn, with tags still attached. Condition of returned items judged at our discretion.
If you wish to exchange an item, please send instructions with the item. Keep in mind that exchanges are subject to availability. Check the website ~ if the size you desire isn't listed, then we probably don't have it in stock. When in doubt, email us! If we don't have the item you want in exchange, we will issue store credit for the amount of your original purchase.
Please notify us a fashionrocks@rockshoproyale on any returns and an authorization number and detailed instructions will be provided for your return.

Free Shipping on all orders within the Continental U.S. Only. (Hawaii & Alaska - additional fees apply and will be calculated at checkout)
International orders - Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout.
